Beyond hospitality, her experience with global product and food-tech companies such as Juul Labs, Zapp, and Jinn App has deepened her 360° expertise across brand building, digital growth, and conversion-focused marketing.

Monica Chu brings a decade of global culinary mastery to every plate. Christian is an operations leader with 16 years in food and beverage across Europe and the Middle East, including London with Soho House. He combines deep F&B expertise with brand vision, shaping concepts that are both guest-centric and commercially profitable. Data-driven and financially astute, he uses analysis, reporting systems, and hospitality technology to optimise performance. With oversight across all departments, Christian brings every function together holistically to deliver operational excellence, consistent productivity, and cost efficiency without ever comprmising service.

Ghida Chehab is a Dubai-based architect and Co Founder & Design Director of Studio Baab, where she explores the intersection of natural materials, sculptural form, and light to create spaces that are both functional and deeply expressive. Her experience shaped her multidisciplinary approach, inspiring her to view each project as an
opportunity for experimentation and storytelling. Since founding Studio Baab in 2022, Ghida has led the studio’s work across hospitality and retail, crafting environments that surprise through unexpected material applications, refined detailing, and a balance of warmth and precision. Her designs elevate everyday experiences, merging beauty with purpose in ways that leave a lasting impression.
